The Many Horrors All Hallows’ Eve (and Variations)
Halloween-inspired horror movies are a dime a dozen, but some filmmakers go all in and put All Hallows’ Eve (or Hallows Eve) right in the title. Over the years, this has resulted in a surprisingly large collection of low-budget slashers, anthologies, and indie horror gems—some great, some terrible, and some that are “so bad they’re fun.”
Below is a complete rundown of horror films with All Hallows’ Eve (or close variations) in the title, along with brief reviews and thoughts from a Halloween horror collector’s perspective.
All Hallows’ Eve aka Tales From All Hallows’ Eve (2007)
All Hallows' Eve (2007) Trailer:

Tales from All Hallows Eve (2007) Trailer:

October 31st begins like any other day—until night falls. A group of friends gathers to share twisted and terrifying stories, but as the tales unfold, something darker begins to surface within the group itself.
I own this on DVD and went in expecting to be underwhelmed. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed the twists, and the endings feel genuinely fitting and satisfying. For an amateur production, it’s actually quite well done, making it worth checking out maybe just once.
The film was originally called just All Hallows' Eve when released to DVD in 2007 then the title was slightly changed to Tales From All Hallows' Eve when released on streaming, probably to avoid from being confused with other films on this list.
Hallows Eve: Slaughter on Second Street (2008)

Days before the opening of Owensboro’s premiere haunted attraction, tragedy strikes. When rumors begin circulating that the attraction may actually be haunted, paranormal investigators are brought in to prove it—or disprove it. Locked inside overnight, they soon realize the building’s history is far darker than expected.
Yes, it’s full of horror clichés and sometimes silly dialogue, but it’s also a lot of fun. I especially loved the Scooby-Doo references. This was producer P.J. Starks’ first feature-length film before he made the Volumes of Blood trilogy and his many other holiday horror films.
All Hallows Eve aka HalloweeNight (2009)

A college Halloween party becomes the setting for revenge as a mistreated student uses his Frankenstein-like creation of a pumpkin-headed scarecrow to carry out his murderous plans. Only one student, Trix, stands between him and a full-blown massacre.
I own this on DVD under the title HalloweeNight, above there's alternative poster art and trailer where it's also called All Hallows Eve. The acting is bad, but the cheesy effects and Halloween atmosphere make it entertaining. Tons of great Halloween scenes.
All Hallows Evil: Lord of the Harvest (2012)

The town of Hallowed Hill is known as the Halloween capital of the world, but 200 years ago, a witch unleashed an ancient evil on All Hallows’ Eve. Though the townspeople stopped it once, the evil is accidentally released again when a young girl discovers a forbidden pagan book.
I have this on Blu-ray and absolutely love it—great story, fantastic makeup and masks, strong effects, and excellent Halloween decorations. Kenny Caperton appears, along with The Myers House NC. This is easily one of the best films on this list.
All Hallows’ Eve (2013)

While babysitting on Halloween night, a woman discovers an old VHS tape containing three terrifying tales, all connected by a murderous clown. As the night progresses, the line between the tape and reality begins to blur.
This gory anthology introduced Art the Clown, who would later become iconic in the Terrifier series of films. A twisted and memorable Halloween watch.
All Hallows’ Eve 2 (2015)
All Hallows' Eve 2 (2015) Trailer:

Another mysterious VHS tape appears on Halloween night, acting as a gateway for a sinister pumpkin-faced killer who wants only one treat—blood.
Art the Clown does not appear in this installment, and while the anthology includes eight short films—some arguably stronger than those in the first entry—none reach the same level of gore. Only two segments (in addition to the wraparound) are set on Halloween, which feels like a missed opportunity.
All Hallows’ Eve: Trickster (2023)
All Hallows’ Eve: Trickster (2023) Trailer:

Third and fourth installments in the franchise arrived in October 2023 and October 2024 respectively, featuring a collection of short films curated by Terrifier 2 producer Steve "Uncle Creepy" Barton and Horrible Imaginings Film Festival director Miguel Rodriguez.
Part 3 is called Trickster and Part 4 is titled Inferno. Both contain low budget segments from upcoming filmmakers that are hit or miss, but somewhat entertaining. Most don't even take place on Halloween.

All Hallows Eve Part 3? Three supernatural tales involving vengeful spirits, demons, and revenge from beyond the grave. One story is adapted from the work of The Howling author Gary Brandner.
I own this on DVD under the title Voices from the Grave (2014). It’s a fairly weak, low-budget anthology, though the cheesy score throughout does a great job of setting the mood. Only one segment actually takes place on Halloween.
This film was released shortly after All Hallows' Eve 2 (2015) but before the official 3rd Trickster and 4th Inferno installments listed above. I'm guessing they put a 3 in the title trying to ride the coattails of that franchise.

Years after a tragic accident scars a young child for life, those responsible begin paying for their actions—with their lives.
A decent low-budget slasher set in a haunted amusement park, featuring Danielle Harris and Tiffany Shepis in small roles.

Watch All Hallow's Evil (2014) full short below or at YouTube:
A short anthology set on Halloween night, when the barrier between the living and the dead is thin—and evil has the most fun.
The audio quality isn’t great, but this is an enjoyable short film packed with witches, an evil clown, a Halloween party, found footage, and plenty of horror homages (Evil Dead, Scream, Halloween, and more).
All Sinner's Night (2014)
All Sinner's Night Official Trailer:

On the one-year anniversary of her brother Daniel’s disappearance, Lana Williams returns home on Halloween and joins forces with local investigative reporter Dave Shipman, whose wife died under suspicious circumstances that same night in what he suspects was a cult-related incident. Believing their tragedies are connected, they travel to Taylorsville, Indiana, to uncover the truth — a journey that may lead them to Daniel or to something far more sinister than they ever imagined.
Other than a solid musical score and a few cool Halloween masks, there’s little here to enjoy. The muddled audio, weak dialogue, and sluggish pacing make the film feel like a chore to sit through. It’s not horrifying — it’s just horrible — easily ranking among the worst Halloween movies ever made.
Bershire County aka Tormented aka Hallows Eve (2014)
Berkshire County Trailer:

Tormented Trailer:

Kylie Winters is a bullied, self-loathing teenager who reluctantly accepts a babysitting job at a remote country mansion on Halloween night. When a young boy wearing a pig mask shows up trick-or-treating, the evening spirals into a brutal and suspenseful game of cat and mouse.
This slightly above-average home-invasion thriller will feel familiar—and largely predictable—to seasoned horror fans. Still, it offers a few effective twists, strong Halloween atmosphere, and genuinely creepy villains sporting memorable pig masks.
The film is best known under the title Tormented and was originally released as Berkshire County. According to IMDb, it also carried the alternative UK title Hallows Eve, though there’s little evidence to back this up, as no poster art or home-video releases using that name appear to exist online.
All Hallows Eve: October 30th (2015)
All Hallows Eve: October 30th (2015) Trailer:

Twenty years after a family was terrorized near Pearl Lake, a group sets out to make a horror film based on the events—only to discover things aren’t quite what they seem.
Awful story, bad acting, and barely any Halloween atmosphere. Originally intended as the first part of a trilogy, but if the sequels ever happen, I’d still give them a chance.
All Saints Eve (2015)

Pray the darkness doesn’t find you. In the late 1700s, an evil preacher incites a furious church mob to murder a farmer and his family in a bid to steal their land. With his final breath, the dying farmer unleashes a dark curse and swears revenge. Centuries later, on a fateful Halloween night, that curse is accidentally awakened, forcing a group of teenage friends to fight for their lives and unravel the ancient mystery before the entire town is condemned forever.
For what it is—an ultra–low-budget supernatural slasher with an unknown cast—it’s not half bad. The creepy house has a nice look, and the clumsy writing can be unintentionally entertaining. While it’s clearly an earnest attempt at a slasher, it’s also fairly forgettable. Most of the kills either cut away before impact or rely on shadowy suggestion rather than on-screen gore. What can I say? It doesn't take an awful lot for me to not hate a slasher. -Review by SnarlingApollo at LetterBoxd.com
All Hallows' Eve (2016)
All Hallows Eve (2016) Trailer:

Who’s your favorite teenage witch: Sabrina or Eve? When Eve rings in her birthday on Halloween night, she discovers she’s a witch and accidentally summons a long-dead relative with plans to enslave the entire town.
This isn’t a horror film, but rather a family-friendly entry. While it’s far from a masterpiece, it’s light, fun, and perfectly suitable for younger viewers. It’s the kind of movie families can enjoy together to get into the Halloween spirit, included here mainly for completists.

Strange graffiti and threats appear around a UK housing estate warning that the streets will be taken over on Halloween night. When a local gang ignores the curfew, they discover something far worse is lurking.
This leans more toward crime than horror. The direction feels flat and uninspired, the dialogue is often unintentionally funny, and the performances are awkward at best. Set in a gloomy UK backdrop, it’s ultimately pretty blah.

A group of friends throws a Halloween party in a supposedly haunted house—where a family was once murdered. Unsurprisingly, things go very wrong.
The trailer is terrible, and unfortunately, the movie is just as bad—best to skip it. That said, some viewers might enjoy it for its so-bad-it’s-good appeal.
The Curse of All Hallows’ Eve (2017)
The Curse of All Hallows' Eve (2017) Official Trailer:

Set in 1457, a secret society performs human sacrifices to appease the god Samhain.
Another awful trailer, and a release date is hard to find. Not promising.

After a bullied teenager wishes for revenge, his desire unleashes a terrifying force tied to Halloween itself. Stars Doug Jones as The Trickster and a Scarecrow.
This is easily one of the best films on the list—second only to All Hallows Evil: Lord of the Harvest, in my opinion. Strong effects, solid acting, and a great story make this one highly recommended.
Honorable Mention: High Spirits (1988)
High Spirits (1988) Trailer

When a castle-turned-hotel owned by Peter Plunkett falls on hard financial times; he comes up with an idea to turn the place into a tourist attraction by billing it as Europe's most haunted castle. But just when it seems he'll have to give up the ghost; some real phantoms show up - and they're none too thrilled about being exploited.
A film most unlike the others on this list and probably doesn't belong here. A supernatural romantic comedy in which, as Halloween draws near, tourists Steve Guttenberg and Beverly D'Angelo visit a crumbling ancient castle in Ireland—the birthplace of All Hallows Eve—and become romantically entangled with its resident ghosts, played by Daryl Hannah and Liam Neeson.
This movie may not actually be titled All Hallows Eve, but it’s still one of only three titles on IMDb tagged with that keyword. The other two are the 2015 film All Hallows' Eve: October 30th, mentioned above, and the 2000 episode “All Halliwell’s Eve” from the TV series Charmed, which originally aired from 1998 to 2006.
Final Thoughts
If you’re a Halloween horror completist—or just love low-budget indie scares—films with All Hallows’ Eve in the title offer a wild mix of quality, creativity, and chaos. While not all are winners, a few stand out as essential Halloween-night viewing.
