The first 4 posters are based on actual facts, Halloween (1978) was initially going to be titled "The Babysitter Murders" and John Carpenter originally considered Peter Cushing or Christopher Lee for the role of Dr. Loomis and Anne Lockhart as Laurie Strode. Also they thought about having Michael Myers wear an Emmet Kelly Clown mask before a modified Capt. James T. Kirk/William Shatner mask painted white was ultimately used in the film. The rest are completely made up.
