IMDb.com SYNOPSIS: A long long time ago a wizard was put to death, but he swore vengeance on the townsfolk that did him in, particularly Arthur Kelly's family. Arthur had done the final graces on him when he came back to life as Mr. Jack the Pumpkin Man. The Kellys proliferated through the years, and when some devil-may-care teens accidentally unleash Jack-O, young Sean Kelly must stop him somehow as his suburban world is accosted and the attrition rate climbs.

Steve Latshaw produced/directed the 1995 film Jack-O, about a pumpkinheaded demon. This cheesy horror flick is a combination of a terrible story with awful acting but there were some cool death scenes. Jack-O is the type of movie to see with a group of friends, drink beer, make comments and laugh a lot. It features Scream Queen and Queen of B Movies Linnea Quigley, Rebecca Wicks, and Ryan Latshaw.

What's on tonight: HOLIDAYS (2016)

Just watched this, I liked it. The Halloween segment could have taken place on any night, the story isn't really Halloween related. I actually liked the Valentine's Day segment the best. I loved the Easter Bunny Jesus, looks creepy as hell.

Press Release:
HOLIDAYS will have its world premiere at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival on April 14th, followed by a global day-and-date release on April 15th on digital and VOD platforms, and then a U.S. theatrical run starting on April 22nd. The film was produced by John Hegeman’s Distant Corners Entertainment in association with XYZ Films, and will be distributed by Vertical Entertainment and XYZ Films.

IMDb SYNOPSIS: HOLIDAYS is an anthology feature film that puts a uniquely dark and original spin on some of the most iconic and beloved holidays of all time. The film challenges our folklore, traditions and assumptions, making HOLIDAYS a celebration of the horror on those same special days' year after year. A collaboration of some of Hollywood's most distinct voices.

Starring Kevin Smith, Lorenza Izzo, Seth Green, Clare Grant, Michael Gross. Directed by Kevin Smith (Tusk), Gary Shore (Dracula Untold), Scott Stewart (Dark Skies), Kevin Kolsch and Dennis Widmyer (Starry Eyes), Sarah Adina Smith (The Midnight Swim), Nicholas McCarthy (The Pact), Adam Egypt Mortimer (Some Kind of Hate), and Anthony Scott Burns (Darknet).

HORROR SECTION "SEASON OF THE WITCH" 7" Vinyl

Horror-pop-punk powerhouse HORROR SECTION's concept-record “Season of the Witch” is a tribute to the often underappreciated, always underestimated horror classic Halloween III. The record comes in three jacket variants, based on masks from the film, and each variant contains a corresponding color vinyl. With artwork by @rat_king_co and overall concept by singer/songwriter/art director/all around dude @teflondave27.

Around eight months ago, the first initial run of 300 copies sold out in 38 minutes. Eccentric Pop Records had severely underestimated how many people would want this record. They left themselves a buffer of around ten copies to make sure to not oversell the record. These 10 sets will be posted to the Eccentric Pop store Thursday at 6pm eastern - after that, these are out of print. Though a 2nd pressing is already in the works. Check out the music video below with movie clips from HIII: SotW set to HORROR SECTION's song THEY'RE COMING.

SYNOPSIS: Five tales of dread interwoven when a sociology student gathers several of his friends on Halloween night at the local library to help him create a new urban legend with deadly consequences; Lily is in for a late night of researching and needs something to keep her going. It isn’t until she’s approached by a mysterious stranger that her luck may change… for the worse; a typical night of work for a librarian becomes a classic ghost story with a modern twist. Sometimes you can’t keep a bad book down; Sidney is allowed to stay after hours to study for a test. It’s not until she suddenly awakens in the darkened library that she realizes the horrifying truth of what lurks among the stacks of books after midnight. She better pray she doesn’t become the prey; Paige faces regrets that she’d do anything to take back. When an ancient and arcane spell book literally falls into her lap, she decides to make a grave decision. Be careful what you wish for, it might just kill you.
