Watch Free with Ads THE BARN PART II (2022) Full Film; Wild Horror Adventure +Reviews

This Halloween No One Can Stop the Harvest...

The Barn II (2022), the sequel to the 2016 retro slasher The Barn, is currently streaming free with ads on Tubi and Cineverse requires you to register to watch free with ads. It's also free on YouTube but all the gore and nudity has been edited out of that version, the full uncut version is on Tubi. The Barn (2016) was set in 1989 with 80's horror tropes, the sequel takes place in 1992 with 90's Full Moon VHS era vibes.

IMDb SYNOPSIS: The Halloween ban is now lifted in Helen's Valley, and the sorority girls of Gamma Tau Psi place Michelle in charge of their annual haunted house. Unfortunately for Michelle some uninvited trick or treaters from her past come knocking...

Written and Directed by Justin M. Seaman, with Lexi Dripps as Michelle, Mitchell Musolino, Will Stout, Scream Queen Linnea Quigley and First Jason's Ari Lehman returning for the sequel. Other horror icons joining the cast include Diana Prince aka Darcy the Mail Girl, Joe Bob Briggs, Doug Bradley and Lloyd Kaufman.

Justin M. Seaman proclaimed before or during production: "I want this next film to have the same fun schlocky charm as the first, but be much darker, creepier and gorier...more monsters, more kills, more Halloween!" and I think he accomplished just that with this sequel.

Jack-O's Review: "The Barn Part II is just as fun or even better than the first film. More of every thing from the first, killer Halloween vibes, gory creative kills all practical effects, fantastic boobs, awesome looking demons, zombies and goblins. Love all the horror icons cameos though short, Linnea Quigley returns and gets crazy bloody with a chainsaw, great speech/story by Doug Bradley, Joe Bob Briggs runs a Drive-in, Diana Prince's beautiful scenes, Ari Lehman returns also and Lloyd Kaufman appears as the mayor. I really love the first film and the sequel just as much. I rate both ★★★★. Can't wait for The Barn 3-D!" @trickhorrortreater

Reviews:

"Director and writer Justin M. Seaman has created a movie that lives up to 90s DTV horror and can also stand on its own. I had an absolute blast watching this movie...It’s filled with goofy monsters — including two new ones — as well as inventive kills and all kinds of gore." - Read more at BAndSAboutMovies.com

"Speaking of blood, you will get plenty of it with The Barn Part II, with the practical effects and the kills really fantastic and making a mockery of the limited budget they were conceived on. The Barn Part II is a worthy sequel that ups the stakes and also leaves room for a third part if the crew are willing to make it happen." Bloody-Flicks.co.uk

"...considerably more gleefully sadistic than its predecessor. There’s also significantly more nudity, an element combined on occasion with the gore. The sequel definitely does a better job of integrating its celebrity cameos, including Doug Bradley (who makes a comment about "raising hell", sad to say), Lloyd Kaufman, and a delightful scene with Joe-Bob Briggs, as the owner of the local drive-in naturally. But I think top marks go to Linnea Quigley..." Rating: B, FilmBlitz.org

"If you’re a fan of the first Barn, the Barn Part II is a slight improvement in almost every aspect. Fun throwback horror..." HubPages.com

"With big epic moments and direct connections to the original, The Barn Part II is a satisfying, gory romp that left me hungry for more." - ★★★½ by JoshAtTheMovies.com

"This isn't winning any awards, but in the current year, that’s a positive. No agenda. No message. Just plain, good, clean fun. Well, not clean – there’s a bit of nudity thrown in – so still fun 🙂 Everybody looks way too old to be in college, but for the most part, they’re decent enough actresses. The plot is about what you would expect from a B movie..." 6/10 Rebeltaz at IMDb.com

"Won’t win anyone over with its story, as the plot is a flimsy means to continue the original's slim ideas, but this does hone in on two necessary Z-grade components: blood and nudity. Amid the copious amounts of gore are goofy shenanigans among genre vets and hopeful newcomers.” ★★½ SplatterCritic.com

"...I was less than thrilled with the form the creatures take for the final showdown, it’s more silly than scary. But there's way too much going on for that to ruin it, and that's true of the whole film. The Barn Part II not only matches the original it exceeds it [...]It’s got beasts, blood, and boobs in abundance, Joe Bob would say check it out even if he wasn't in it." - ★★★★½ by VoicesFromTheBalcony.com

"With performances from Doug Bradley (Pinhead from the Hellraiser franchise), Troma Entertainment mastermind Lloyd Kaufman, Joe Bob Briggs, and the like, The Barn Part II is obviously happy to press the nostalgia buttons for many viewers. Seaman obviously knows his VHS-era fear fare, and he once again pays loving tribute to it. This is the type of horror movie you’ll want to invite friends over for — and you’ll all have a blast watching." Read more at WhenItWasCool.com

Monstrous Joe Bob Briggs in CRYPTIDS (2023) on Blu-ray, DVD and VHS

Indie horror producers Justin M. Seaman and Zane Hershberger new creature feature anthology Cryptids, starring Joe Bob Briggs, is available now to own on Blu-ray, DVD and VHS at ScreamTeamReleasing.com. One of the anthology film's segments takes place on Halloween. Synopsis, trailer and stills are below:

Major Harlan Dean (Joe Bob Briggs - 'Shudder's The Last Drive-In' and 'TNT's MonsterVision') is the host of the widely popular radio show "The Truth Serum", a platform which he discusses all things weird, unknown, and sometimes scary. On tonight's broadcast, Harlan tackles the topic of Cryptozoology to coincide with the annual Mothman Festival in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. However, with each caller, something more sinister appears to be waiting in the shadows and this could end up being Harlan's very last broadcast.

Described as, "A must watch anthology jam packed with practical creature feature effects and stories that are reminiscent of 90s' TV shows 'Monsters', 'Tales from the Crypt', and 'Tales from the Darkside'." Featuring segments written and directed by the creators of Force to Fear (Zane Hershberger and Robert Kuhn), The Dooms Chapel Horror (John William Holt), BoneJangles (Brett DeJager), Circus of the Dead (Billy Pon), Bong of the Living Dead (Max Groah) and The Barn & The Barn Part II (Justin M. Seaman).

Reviews:

"The movie’s best aspect is the creature effects. Each creature has its own unnerving features, and each is unique, though some resemble monsters you may have seen before... While the writing can sometimes leave a little to be desired, the film’s overall effect is entertaining. If you like creature features, each of Cryptids little creature slices is enjoyably nasty." ★★★ Read more at UKFilmReview.co.uk

"The anthology comes in at a brisk 76 minutes with all entries being quite delightful and entertaining experiences into cryptozoology. The project is well casted, well shot, as has Justin and Zane showing off their talents once again in the world of low budget filmmaking..." ★★★½ Read more at GrossMovieReviews.com

"... this was a solid anthology involving different cryptids... Tweaks here and there for me could have made this better. If you're a cryptid fan and want to see a decent anthology involving them, give this a watch. Be warned, it is a lower budget. I still think the effects are strong almost completely across the board." 6.5 out of 10 Read more by Reviews_of_the_Dead at IMDb.com

"As always with anthologies, the stories can be a mixed bag. That said, the gore is more than up to the task to smooth over any cracks and the main story is absolutely perfect thanks to Joe Bob giving a way better performance than in most of the movies he showed on MonsterVision." read more at BandSAboutMovies.com

"With stories that seem more like they’d be at home in episodes of the 90’s anthology tv show Monsters and less like encounters with the creatures that fans of cryptids may be expecting, Cryptids may end up being a disappointment that can’t be saved by some nice practical effects or the presence of horror luminary Joe Bob Briggs as the star of the wraparound segments."
