Rob Zombie's underrated 2016 Halloween horror film 31 is being re-released by Lionsgate on Steelbook Blu-ray + Digital and will be exclusively sold at Target. It’s available for pre-order now for $17.99, ships on October 26, and comes with new cover artwork (above and below) by graphic artist Vance Kelly. It includes a slipcover that is partially transparent that alters the Steelbook's front cover artwork when on.
