I'm kind of bummed season 2, which would have taken place on Thanksgiving, is not in development anymore. But the stories will continue in a series of books. Announcement below taken from Archico Productions Instagram page:

Corey Taylor and Zach Galligan Join BAD CANDY (2021); Plus Stills

Happy to announce Zach Galligan from (Gremlins) & Corey Taylor from (Slipknot) as our resident DJs, Paul and Chilly Billy in our new Halloween horror/dark comedy movie Bad Candy (2020).

Bad Candy is an upcoming anthology that's described as "a heart-stopping, pulse-pounding exercise in absolute terror; a suspense-driven potpourri of five interconnected bloody and twisted horror stories from a small town's craziest Halloween Happenings, told to late-night radio DJ's Chilly Billy and Paul on this most macabre of holidays, Halloween eve."

The film is directed by Scott Hansen and also stars Derek Russo, Ryan Kiser, Kenneth Trujillo, Mike Milligan, Haley Nicole Leary, Bill Pacer and Alexandra Lucchesi. Last June I posted one of the shorts featured in the film, watch here. Check out stills from the film below after the synopsis.

IMDb SYNOPSIS: Bad Candy follows local Halloween stories of both myth and lessons learned in the community of New Salem. With its annual Psychotronic FM Halloween show, re-enactment radio DJs Chilly Billy and Paul weave the tales of the supernatural of years gone by. In this small town it’s a grimy ending for most, but will a few good souls survive?

I love anthology horror films and one story takes place with babysitters on Halloween, will definitely check this out.
